Retail value of email forwarding service is $49.00/year. Free accounts are limited to one per person/cellular phone number. Free subscribers will be subject to the renewal fee after one year, in order to continue the Email Forwarding Service. MyCell.com provides Email Forwarding Services on an “as is” basis and expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to use and fitness for a particular use, with respect to the services and/or products offered. In no circumstances shall MyCell.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Services or Products provided.
